I ALWAYS enjoy shopping here!!! Not only for the GREAT sales, but the AMAZING FRIENDLY STAFF. Just beware, they're really good at putting things in your bag that you didn’t plan on buying. The travel is 'worth' the service
I must say that I hardly ever write reviews, but I couldn't help to notice that they have a 4.1-star review. I guess you cannot make everyone happy in this world, not matter what you do. I worked in retail over 26 years and you always have unsatisfied customers no matter how polite you are to them. I visited this location during a work trip and had a fantastic experience. I was hoping to have the stone on my ring fixed, but unfortunately, the jeweler who handles that was at another location. Instead, I ended up purchasing an amazing assortment of jewelry, including two watches for my husband. With my large wrist and fingers, I was thrilled to find rings in various styles that fit me perfectly.
