This is a great place to go meditate. They have guided meditation or self guided. People are friendly and answer your questions.
Just before COVID hit the US, I popped in, unannounced, and the staff was welcoming and allowed me to SIT and meditate in their meditation space upstairs. I sat for over an hour and cleansed my mind. Before I knew it, an organizer came in to let me know there was a class starting soon and I was invited to stay if I liked. So. I did and sat through that class too.
