I moved here eight months ago and have been attending three classes per week at the Age Well Center. Each class is professional and inspirational. I am so encouraged that seniors have this incredible ability to exercise. Not only are the classes. Excellent they are taught in a magnificent room with Mountain views.
The East Center is a lovely, spacious, quiet and active area that provides a learning and social environment for you to build relationships and trust. Parking is ample. Traffic bike, walking etc seems to be minimal so walking with oxygen; a walker or cane is possible safely. Flower beds had pretty flowers and a sports fields had young and older participants providing friendly competition. A clean facility and a friendly staff make East Age Well Center a great place to spend your time!!!
