Worst experience ever. Non existent communication, incompetence in staff RN was unable to do a straight cath by herself Cena unable to perform a bladder scan correctly. Horrible peri care, often not even cleaned after incontinence. Raging infection took over a week to test for. Food was mostly inedible. Call lights often take 30 minutes or longer to answer. Left much worse than came in for rehab
Love love love this company. The best care you can get. Our mom has been in and out of assisted living of various kinds since 2020. Her care has been outstanding. Thank you.
