I could not be more thankful to Boulder Park Terrace staff and nurses. The care that my father received while staying at BPT was caring, comforting, and supportive. Everyone had a well-versed knowledge in what he was going through, and they were attentive at all hours of the day and night. In addition, the support that myself, our family, and friends received was also comforting and so helpful in such a difficult time. We want to thank Boulder Park Terrace for the exceptional care they gave our daughter Kathy. You couldn't find a better place for your loved one than Boulder Park Terrace.The entire staff of nurses,aids, administrators, office personnel, coordinators, social services,kitchen staff and housekeeping were all caring and willing to help in any way possible. I wouldn’t even give them a negative start ! The worst place ever . Admissions came to my home did an evaluation on my mom said she was a good fit and she was there two days and said they couldn’t care for her . Called me on the 4th day and said I had to make other arrangements for her so I went on Sunday morning I called them to get her things ready for pickup and the admissions called and said she was confused on why I was picking her up . This is the worst place for any love one to go they are not to be trusted to give go... read more

Does it matter if we have deep faith,morals, screwples and principles? Choosing the best vocabulary when matters are so delicate for a conversation. Who is involved ? Note- who has the last word / opinion ? The boss if there is one. SO ...the BOSS usually sets the tone ! That very tone can be so damaging that others disengage from the topic. Now we have the BOSS . Worst experience ever. Non existent communication, incompetence in staff RN was unable to do a straight cath by herself Cena unable to perform a bladder scan correctly. Horrible peri care, often not even cleaned after incontinence. Raging infection took over a week to test for. Food was mostly inedible. Call lights often take 30 minutes or longer to answer. Left much worse than came in for rehab
