One of the best sports/therapeutic massages I have had! Was it relaxing? No. Did Lauren fix my sore back and more that I didnt even know was bothering me? Absolutely! Great space, great practitioners. Definitely recommend Boulder Mountain.
The massage therapist asked which area she should work on. I said rotator cuff, pointing on my left shoulder, and told her it makes clicking noise coming from the front when I do push-ups, but not painful. (I had the same clicking noise on my right rotator cuff, which was fixed by a massage therapist, who is now retired). I received excellent treatment on my back, shoulder blades, triceps.
