Do not sign up with them! I don't know if all debt settlement companies operate this way or if it is just Boulder Legal, but our experience should be warning to all. We signed up with them about 5 years ago, had a lot of debt on credit cards due to failed business, very stressful time, coming from years of great credit and minimal debt we ended up in a massive debt where couldn't eve keep up with minimal payments.
