I’ve been with this agency for years, and they’ve never let me down. Whether it’s a quick question or a major claim, their response time and professionalism are always top-notch.
This company originally looked really great. Then 10 days after confirming and agreeing to terms and my premiums, they called me back and told me that they had reviewed my policy in underwriting again and then added $3,000 on to my premium. A few days later I canceled the policy and then they still $650 from my escrow instead of telling me or sending me a bill which then caused my next insurance to be short $650. They are disgustingly unscrupulous and are not an honest company . Go with anyone else other than them.
