The absolute worst experience with tax professionals I have seen. A recent email correspondence with a shareholder had my jaw dropped today with her childish, unprofessional and completely disrespectful demeaner came to play, IN WRITING. I have never worked with a worse company - specifically at the company, Vonda Modlin. If she is doing your taxes - RUN. They will file them incorrectly, ask you for the same documents 100 times over and then act as if it's your fault that they messed everything up. You will have to dig up your past emails to prove that you provided everything correctly. I truly hope this company fires Vonda Modlin. Absolutely the best tax associates in Colorado. They will not only work with you but will do their best to save you money on your taxes. I love this company!!
They force you to file an extension. They do not answer your emails in an timely manner. They charge you to learn new skills ( they charged me so they could learn to about cryptocurrency ) . They randomly add extra "service charges" to bills with no explication. The accidentally deleted my entire account profile. When I asked a tax question, I got a response of "you're smart, figure it out for yourself".
