Wouldn’t accept return of unopened, unused product with receipt, even though it says they accept returns on their website. I do not live in Boulder so it’s difficult for me to get down there. Drove all the way there to be told by the employee “I don’t know, I just started here and the owner said No” Unprofessional. There are much more knowledgable CBD sellers in Colorado and online. The man working the counter was actually the meanest and least welcoming individual I’ve come across. What an awful experience.
Thanks to their cbd oil today is my first day with 0 pain in many years. I have chronic pain and nothing from prescription medication to physical therapy has helped my pain lower from my daily 4/10 but 1 dropped full of oil and my pain is a 0.
