This is the first time I've made a review about a business in a very long time. I normally don't make reviews, even if the place of business was terrible, but this has been on my mind for a few weeks now. I don't normally visit Boulder, and when I do, I have a specific shop I go to, but I was in the area and was needing to grab some cannabis. Whoever runs / manages this store should be fired. Very rude and very unprofessional. Please stop scamming loyal customers. At the end of the day not only is it yalls fault but it’s a loss for your company. Don’t shop here EVER. Gonna file a BBB on this company.
The manager can't take feedback at all without getting defensive and acts super unprofessional. IDK how this place is even open with the way she is. I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with Natalie. The flower is rock hard and has webbing.
