I’ve contacted the owner on several occasions about an item she never sent to me. She continues to ignore my emails and messages. I’m not about to just lose $40. This is very unprofessional. I tried giving her a chance to make things right but it’s like she doesn’t care. I even saw another review from someone else that she did this to. It’s sad that it had to come to this.
