My Mum lived at Bougainvillea Retirement Village for a significant amount of time and had a wonderful experience. Everyone went the extra mile for her. There is no place better. It has been a family owned business for decades and my Mum was treated like family. I loved visiting her there and having conversations with the staff. They are all so lovely, lively and caring. Our Mum has been at Bouganvillea Neutral Bay independent living for about 7 years . She needs higher care now so has come to stay with me, but I really want to say the BV is ALL about the staff!!! Living 2 hrs away from her in Sydney … I could call them anytime if I was worried about Mum and they would pop in and see her and call me back. A GREAT relief when their independence diminishes… in addition, their in house services like pill administration and massages etc are way superior to anything you can get from The Govt Aged... read more
