Went in last night for the first time ever- planning a big night after bottom surgery and was extremely nervous. Maddie was so helpful and made the process easy and comfortable. She was also knowledgeable jn many different fields. Thank you Maddie for making me able to have an independent sex life again.

I came into boudoir noir looking for sense deprivation materials. I am not very experienced in how to do most of the things that I would like to do, so I was a bit nervous. Michelle introduced herself and offered to help by answering questions on how certain items worked, what kind they'd be best for, and left it open for me in my decisions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely be back if everyone has that same level of customer service!
Didn't get anything this visit. The one fishnet outfit i liked was $35 seems pricey for very little. It is a great store with lots of variety.
Trevor was super helpful. Store was very neat with a wide selection and I was able to find the sounding rods that were right for me.
