The staff is amazing! especially Melissa! I'm totally new to kinky stuff and honestly whenever I'd walk into a sex shop i would get extremely uncomfortable. but i went in at 10 o clock at night on july 1 2019 and she was very calm and informational for me when i explained that I'm nervous and new to that type of stuff. I'm way more comfortable now and I'll be definitely coming back for more!

Ive been coming to the superior st store for about 5 years and the people were always helpful friendly great customer service..until tonight and to think it was a manager that had the nerve to speak to a paying customer in that manner..she was just rude..i will never be goimg back there and i will also be letting everyone i have refered there to go elsewhere..i dont know how you guys stay afloat with rude people running your stores..if i can get a real person to complain to i will..i have spent alot and i mean alot of money ... read more
