Not impressed by the green tea diffuser - it didn’t work at all for my house and it did not have a strong smell at all. The store smells amazing because they have way too many diffusers. I called & offered to return the product the same day within 2-3 hrs as I was not satisfied with the fragrance and the staff point blank said no. Very rude lady that works here. They didn't fill my order properly twice and I came from stratford. Rather than be considerate, the lady had the nerve to say " oh it's only a 45 minutes drive" as if they’re going to transport my missing items to me at home. And it’s 1 hour drive in traffic. I drove back once to get my missing items; the other time I asked someone to get it for me. Just do your job lady and fill orders properly in the first place. Went into this location (waterloo) to shop for elegant and simple pieces for showcasing a house. The smell that hits you upon entry is overwhelming nauseating. The music was loud and horrible. Not a pleasant start to my shopping experience. As I wondered throughout the store, a short blonde hair elder lady (staff member) followed me.
