Fantastic customer service. I bought some blinds that were on sale and because my house was under renovations for longer than the 30 day return period, I didn't realize they were the wrong size until the 30 days had passed. I went into the St Kitts location, ready to beg and plead for an exchange and they were so kind about it. It's a regularly stocked/non-seasonal item and they were happy to let me do the exchange.
