I was disappointed with my experience at this location recently. I came in looking for an item I’d already found online, and the sales woman was rude and abrasive as I was looking through the store, after SHE asked me if I needed assistance. It was the check out experience that was particularly rude, when she asked for my email and I didn’t want to provide one. I was greeted by each staff member. All were polite and not at all pushy. I was asked if I need any help and if I found everything I was looking for. When I said I was good and just browsing they said no problem and to let me know to ask if I had any questions. I appreciate that the staff were there if needed but let me wonder around without hovering around me. The woman that processed my items was amazing.
