I had a fantastic experience shopping for home décor at the Bouclair Orleans location Dona and Dee were incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth, fun, and enjoyable. Their knowledge and friendly attitude made my visit even better. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for great décor and excellent customer service!

First of all I wanted to mention that I love shopping at Bouclair on Innes, but the service from one individual (Tina) is the worst service I ever received. I cannot believe how she talks about customers to other team mates and other customers can hear her. They have a bell at the front for service in case no one is at cash and when you ring it she yells at you "I'm with a customer, wait a minute"!....... seriously??
