I just went to buy stool chairs and let me tell you, a good costumer service makes a huge difference. Natalia helped me all the time and gave me good advices about what to get, not to mention Nathan (cashier) them both really know how to do their jobs. Get more employees like them.
Went to do a little shopping today at this store and it will be the last time going to Bouclair. As we walked in the music was so loud it was had to communicate with my wife. We bought a duvet cover, and a employee said you can not return the item if you open it, we said we need to open it to see if it fits, she said “then we will not let you return the item” we found it to be poor service and crazy loud music, almost like a Disco.
Just left this store. I did end up purchasing an item, but should have left it on the counter and walked out. I stood at the cash for 5 minutes, waiting for an employee to come and let me pay. I timed my wait because I hadn’t seen an employee the whole time I was in the store. When someone finally came, she said “Hello” and that was it. No “Sorry for your wait; nothing”. Writing on behalf of my online experience as I have no other way to get any sort of answer. I ordered the Tahitian blinds. They don’t retract properly and won’t hang level. This is in 6 different rooms. I have tried to get some sort of customer support to trouble shoot this issue and they don’t listen and send you in circles.
