Just left this store. I did end up purchasing an item, but should have left it on the counter and walked out. I stood at the cash for 5 minutes, waiting for an employee to come and let me pay. I timed my wait because I hadn’t seen an employee the whole time I was in the store. When someone finally came, she said “Hello” and that was it. No “Sorry for your wait; nothing”. Writing on behalf of my online experience as I have no other way to get any sort of answer. I ordered the Tahitian blinds. They don’t retract properly and won’t hang level. This is in 6 different rooms. I have tried to get some sort of customer support to trouble shoot this issue and they don’t listen and send you in circles. Speaker out front blasting obnoxious music. Great way to keep me far away from the store.
I was so excited to go to this store today to purchase stuff for my house, but was extremely appalled by the customer service. I would leave a no star if I could. I was looking at bed sheets and had one in my hand, and then put it back on the shelf in which it tip over as the back of their shelf malfunctioned....not a big deal, simply just feel over.
