I was so excited to go to this store today to purchase stuff for my house, but was extremely appalled by the customer service. I would leave a no star if I could. I was looking at bed sheets and had one in my hand, and then put it back on the shelf in which it tip over as the back of their shelf malfunctioned....not a big deal, simply just feel over. Terrible experience shopping in this store today. We were in the store to purchase pictures for our house. We found 2 nice pictures one had a sticker on it for 40% off. We brought them to the check out and were served by a not so friendly lady. Normally the staff would at least acknowledge their customers but not with this employee. She was ringing in our pictures as she got to the picture with the 40% sticker and didn’t acknowledge it so I asked her if she gave us the discount. Great choice, lots of different decor styles, friendly and helpfull staff. Also a great place to find an awesome gift.
love this store and all the decorations smells amazing when you go in...but this store had one of the worst customer service ever. sadly.
Beautiful, big store with lots of stock. My only complaint is that the scent they use is a bit overwhelming.
