I had a great experience here. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and respectful. I actually had to come back the next day thinking the item I purchased wasn’t going to work, but it turned out my dad and I just didn’t know how to put it together properly. Alice at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, super kind, patient, and very helpful in walking us through everything. I really appreciate the excellent customer service from the girls there 🫶🏼

Staff is very helpful
The store is always clean and stocked. Any employees I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful. It is one of my favorite stores. The signature scent in the store can be a bit much, but I know what to expect; 4 stars is because the smell is quite strong. I have done a few same-day delivery orders, and they are shipped out so quickly. Overall, it's a great store :)
