Beautiful large store with great stock and their customer service was great as well.
We were visiting from out of town today and decided to walk in to check it out. Thankfully my sister wasn’t with me because she has scent sensitivities that are no joke resulting in respiratory issues, dizziness, fainting etc. The scent is SO strong when you walk in, which is not something you’re anticipating walking into a home goods store. Wish I could rate it 0 stars. Went to Bouclair, found a painting I loved, and asked to buy it. The assistant manager told me it was sold out but promised I’d get the one off the shelf once they changed the walls. I confirmed multiple times, and she laughed, saying no one else would buy it. Fast forward to today, I go back, and she tells me it’s already sold. What a joke. Don’t waste your time here. Completely lied to me and wasted my day.
I placed an order on December 1st for two chairs that were supposedly in stock—I specifically chose them because of that availability. It has now been 12 days since then. Even though they claim deliveries take 7 days, I haven't received a single confirmation email regarding my purchase or delivery. The only proof of purchase I have is a Shopify link showing my payment. Customer service is nonexistent.
