Staff is very helpful
The store is always clean and stocked. Any employees I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful. It is one of my favorite stores. The signature scent in the store can be a bit much, but I know what to expect; 4 stars is because the smell is quite strong. I have done a few same-day delivery orders, and they are shipped out so quickly. Overall, it's a great store :)
I was disappointed that I couldnt stay and shop here, as there were some really great looking items in the store. The layout was attractive and the staff friendly. I actually really wanted to spend time shopping, and had specific items I was hoping to buy. Unfortunately the fragrances and scents in the store were so strong that after 5 minutes I had to leave. If you have any fragrance sensitivities, my advice is stay away.
