Très déçue du service reçu par la co-gérante. Son attitude était froide et peu professionnelle, sans aucune volonté d’aider ou de trouver une solution. On ne se sent ni écouté ni respecté en tant que cliente. Une expérience franchement désagréable qui donne envie de magasiner ailleurs.
