I called on Sep 24 at 10:41am to confirm whether a HEAVY furniture item that I had ordered for pick-up was "brand new, never opened." The associate that I spoke to on the phone lied, even after I asked her to check the back room to confirm the product condition. The product that I picked up was in a damaged shipping box, missed items preventing its assembly and the upholstered seat was dirty. Called in today to see if they had a specific item I was looking for, the young gentleman was quick to search for it and put it aside. I came in to ask for it and he was so helpful, went over and above to help me find the chair. His colleague, young girl with dark hair was also super friendly and helpful. They have beautiful pieces, unique and great for small spaces.
Needed to wait over 30 mins to pickup an item, store is not organized, also understaff, not impressed, customer service is so rushed. Better shopping eleswhere.
