J'avais acheté des rideaux, mais comme la nouvelle maison en était déjà équipée, j'ai dû les rapporter. L'employée au comptoir qui a affirmé être la responsable a soutenu que l'un des rideaux sentait la nourriture j'étais sidéré ! Elle a même réussi à convaincre sa collègue que ça sentait la nourriture... Une autre cliente présente dans le magasin a senti le rideau et a dit, elle, qu'elle ne sentait rien du tout!
Sales associate Alexandra was so friendly, helpful, patient and very accurate for my curtain purchase today, I am very happy. Store is also very clean and maintained.
Contacted customer service to let them know about their candle that didn't burn half of it. Their response..send us your receipt, store you bought it at, date and time purchased. Asked them if they know how long it takes to burn a big candle. Should we keep our receipt for a candle for 6 months just in case?? DO NOT purchase candles from this company, and good luck with their customer service.
