I’ve always loved your products and have purchased many items from your store, but unfortunately, the customer service today was disappointing. I believe her name was Tamra at the Erin Mills location. During our visit, we asked for some assistance, and her response was, “It’s not that heavy, if I can lift it, so can you.” That kind of comparison felt unnecessary and unhelpful. On our last visit, a male associate assisted us and was wonderful, but today’s experience was terrible and disappointing.
I came in for some advice on bar stools. Shardae assisted me and was so helpful. She answered all my questions and offered multiple choices and wasn’t in a rush at all. Will be back for my next home purchase great customer service.
Terrible customer service - placed an online order for pickup and online customer support offered to extend it by 2 weeks due to an issue with the initial pick up. I confirmed the extension and it was never applied to the order, so the item was refunded by the time I got to the store. I followed up via email to see if I could place a new order for the same price and have it shipped to my home given the inconvenience, and was totally ghosted.
