Terrible customer service - placed an online order for pickup and online customer support offered to extend it by 2 weeks due to an issue with the initial pick up. I confirmed the extension and it was never applied to the order, so the item was refunded by the time I got to the store. I followed up via email to see if I could place a new order for the same price and have it shipped to my home given the inconvenience, and was totally ghosted.
