Bad customer service and really negative experience. Bought some curtains from here and since they were in clearance we asked while cashing out if they were the same product and we were told yes. At that point we were not told that since they were clearance its better to check before purchasing and just said that it will be final sale. I would give zero stars if there was an option. I went there to buy a chair and waited 45 mins to get the attention of someone. There was no one at cash and I saw two people just take merchandise from the store. No one noticed. When we got the attention of the manager, we went to tell her that people were leaving the store without paying. She sighed and said “well I’m going to cash now”. I revisited this brand after 6years...forgot why i stopped after buying 2 Curtain Rod Set - Diameter 22/25 mm - both of the heads are broken...had to buy gorilla glue from homedepot to fix it - hit me...their product quality trash...
