Came to pick up my online order but they were damaged upon pick up so I asked for new ones. They didn’t have any in stock but said they could order for me. When I was about to pay, they were charging me with the regular price. But my original order had sale price. They didn’t bother to offer the sale price even though the reason for return was damaged item. Also I purchased it the day before the sale “ended.” Not sure if I’d come back.
Awful customer service.
Bought 6 dining chairs and 3/6 chairs were returns and redistributed to us because of a number of visible factors with packaging, worn out wood and an existing dirty felt pad on the base of the chair. One of them was so wobbly, I had to return them in exchange for another but they didn’t have any in stock. The warehouse needs to improve when re issuing products. Staff here has zero customer service skills like they’re not friendly, not willing to help, and they only have one cashier and manager is nowhere to be found. The cashier keeps coming back and forth to find the manager like seriously? Will not recommend this place. Please just go to Home Sense, almost the same stuff but cheaper and good quality.
