The staff are extremely rude.. they literally kicked me out when I tried coming in a few minutes before closing. I only wanted to check something out and she wasn’t even polite she pointed at the hours on the door and aggressively said we’re closed and kicked me out.
To say my most recent experience with Bouclair has been a joke, is an under statement. On sept 18 I purchased bar stools for in store pick up, estimating 3-5 business days. I then waited the amount of time, and called the store. I was then told 10-15 business days, which at this point, had already surpassed as well. I called the customer service line 5 different days, unable to get through to anyone. Only one person working but was doing her damnedest to take care of everyone in a very busy store. I was able to walk out with my desired items the same day, good shopping experience and happy with my purchase.
