We purchased a curtain rod from Bouclair and had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. The rod ended up being too small for our window, so we went back to exchange it and even purchased a larger size from the same store. They refused to provide a full refund and only offered store credit because, according to them, the plastic wrap had been opened from the “wrong side.” The product itself was unused and in perfect condition.
