BUYER BEWARE! When I inquired about a Dishwasher being "IN STOCK and AVAILABLE" at their Brick and Motor Store, I was told it was instock and available. As I was leaving to pick it up, I got an email clarifying it was in their warehouse and would be available in 2 days time. I was given a window from 12pm-3pm and told today at 11:30 a.m. the delivery did not arrive. I am unsure how it could not have arrived 30 minutes prior to their delivery window. Jessica was an extremely rude sales person, and was unable to even get what we ordered to the store. Mind you, this is after we were told that the appliance was available.
Two weekends ago, I thought my 20+Maytag washing machine would soon be headed to Bouldic. I was wrong on both counts. Turned out my washing machine was more like 40+ years old. And no, it would not be going to Bouldic. In no time, a worn belt was changed, and a clogged pump cleaned. Throughout, Jim didn't mind that that I hung around, asked questions, and watched him work. Thank you Jim and Bouchard!
We had a fairly new less than a year old dishwasher that started displaying an error code, we hand another local Barre Co. come out and "fix it" after fooling with the controls, shutting off the breaker, the technician said it was ok. we paid them the fee for the repair, about a month later it happened again, we called the repair again.
