Some of the staff are really friendly and helpful. My issue is when you sign up to swim you don’t get inducted. This lack of induction shows when you have people going in the pool without showering. And this is a must when entering the pool for hygiene reasons. You also have people not wearing swimming fabric and entering with t-shirts that they wear on the street and blouses with sequences and glitter. So that’s how you get bits floating about.
