We thought we were doing a positive move to this firm, wrong decision! We went from bad to worst! There not CPA's or have authority to speak with IRS on your behalf. I found after we signed up, we ran into issues. We provide everything that was requested but service is not good. The co-owner spoke with me in August or September 2022, they had an issue with other client's taxes not being completed. They needed more time, I understood. They forgot about us again, I called.
