Very disappointed in my experience with Bottom Line Services. Michelle failed to follow through on her responsibilities and eventually stopped communicating altogether. When I called to get information for another company I work with, I spoke with Beth who was extremely rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she gave out my information without even verifying who she was talking to. That’s a serious breach of privacy and trust. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

After having to file taxes for my mother after her death in early 2018, we went to Dianne to file for her final tax return with me (her only child) as the beneficiary. She didn't file the paperwork properly, which delayed the process. After having to send more paperwork that should have been sent beforehand, I called her and was basically told she couldn't do anything for me after having already waited over a year for a response from the IRS and she was rude and dismissive and clearly didn't care.
