After having to file taxes for my mother after her death in early 2018, we went to Dianne to file for her final tax return with me (her only child) as the beneficiary. She didn't file the paperwork properly, which delayed the process. After having to send more paperwork that should have been sent beforehand, I called her and was basically told she couldn't do anything for me after having already waited over a year for a response from the IRS and she was rude and dismissive and clearly didn't care. Used to go here every year. Laura was amazing. We stopped going after being rudely treated by Dianne. I still have to give a decent rating because Laura is a great business woman and a wonderful person whom I respect very much.
