Avoid! Very rude ladies, especially when you no longer need their services! No guarantee when you go to pickup your paperwork that it will even be done for the week! I would avoid at all costs!!
We’ve always had great service from Michelle and the rest of the office.
Very disappointed in my experience with Bottom Line Services. Michelle failed to follow through on her responsibilities and eventually stopped communicating altogether. When I called to get information for another company I work with, I spoke with Beth who was extremely rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she gave out my information without even verifying who she was talking to. That’s a serious breach of privacy and trust. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
