Totally rude, does not belong working with customers, should of went with my gut feeling when I first met her, if you can't call back within a day then get yourself a secretary, she's very rude when she does call back, won't listen, she just hangs up, go somewhere else!!
Don’t try to get information from her that is needed until your taxes are done. We called 5 times within a week because she would not answer or return our calls. She finally called back and was incredibly rude and told us to go use someone else and that she would not complete our taxes. I would STRONGLY suggest using someone else who actually cares about their customers.
