My experience at this location was great! Delroy, the SA pictured in another reviewers negative post, was awesome to engage with. He was super sweet, humorous and generous with his time. I know how SAs make their commissions but it’s often the “little things” that leave a lasting and pleasant impression…such as offering us water on a steamy NYC summer afternoon.
