I used to go to this place several times to get waxed. However, the last time I did I felt pretty body shamed. The lady who waxed me obviously was shocked with my body hair and said stuff like " Woah" and " How long has it been since you waxed?" This is not professional and it made me feel uncomfortable. I did also get a manicure and pedicure once there and that went well at least.
Really disappointed and frustrated with the service here. My mum and I came by early to book a time later in the day. We came back at 1:15 for our appointed time but while my mum had her pedicure, I waited for over an hour for my manicure to be done, even though we had booked in that time slot. I sat at the counter, having picked my colour and was told numerous times that ‘it won’t be much longer’ but by the time the lady was ready, my mum’s pedicure was already done and we couldn’t wait any longer. Rude and obnoxious. My 3 year old niece could rub better. Want my legs done. Lady didn't budge. Too busy just rubbing my back nothing else. Made to pay before my massage as they were closing when I finished. Even though it states they close at 5.30.
Such lovely ladies, and very talented at what they do
