Couldn’t even return a simple phone call
Just attempted to screen with these people and the woman on the phone kept cutting me off and calling me Mr. Griswold. Before every time I spoke. She was condescending and cold. I finally couldn’t take it anymore and lost my temper and hung up. Note to the law firm: when someone calls you because they feel that they need legal representation for medical malpractice, let them speak. Let them be a little overwhelmed. Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible experience, not personable at all, skip this firm and go elsewhere. Dragged out my case long enough to expire the statute then dropped my case. Seriously, go somewhere else
