I ordered shoes from this store online since they were the only place that I could find that had a specific pattern I was looking for. When the package arrived, it was not the pattern I had ordered. It was a much more common pattern that I could have gotten from a store at home. When I reached out to the company about the incorrect order I never heard back from them.
Ordered 2 hats one for myself and one for my son. Both hats came in the same box and the one I had ordered came all mangled and just looked like no time nor care was spent on shaping it. My son’s hat came with the hat band glued about 1 inch up on the crown above the brim. Both items were junky and unacceptable. I paid the fee for insurance in case they came damaged. Came cause my father in law loves this place but when I walked in looking for shorts and boots NO ONE said anything. The blonde girl looked up and say "buenas tardes" in such an ugly tone and didn't ask if we needed help didn't ask if we were looking for anything. Left and not a good bye thank you for coming. Uh nooooo thank you I'll take my business to Cavanders thank you.
