They took my order, took my money and never delivered the product now the company is nowhere to be found. You cannot call them. All you can do is email them and they will not return your email. I do not recommend this place. They must have paid for their reviews. I believe they’re just ripping people off.
Great boot selection however customer service is a fail.. no one greeted us when we walked in and no one offered to help when we were looking for boots. I had to find someone standing around and ask if they worked there so they could help us. The lady at checkout was really nice trying to help us find a belt however they didn’t have anything we liked.
Great customer service! Very friendly we will be back. Stretched our boots out for us, gave us multiple options to choose from.
This place is great! I went in looking for some boots I saw online, they didn’t have the color I was looking for but the ladies working the boutique provided me with a great alternative. They also suggested some other clothing items that would match well, and I was very happy with my selection. I never felt pressured into buying anything either so that was nice, I was able to browse comfortably and use the dressing rooms as needed.
