Today my first large tattoo removal had been done by this clinic and I had a really great experience. worst customer service ever… went for a consult and immediately was given a rude cold shoulder from the receptionist… no hello just a stare at the door… with an eyebrow raise to follow… i go onto say i’ve got a booking for 1pm… The main nurse then comes out i don’t even know her name because that’s how rushed she was.. took me to the treatment room & told me over 10x it’s painful.. it’s painful you dont need it.
