Great atmosphere at the Panama City historical area of St. Andrews Marina. great local company. Reasonable requests by customers are always considered. They are a great asset to the area and welcome the locals and vacationers. I would highly recommend them, they have such fashion sense and carry many unique brands you do not find anywhere else in the Panhandle of Florida. Kendra Scott Jewelry is a favorite.

I would like to start by saying I travel the country annually for my job and this is the WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced. I had a store credit at 'Bot Boutique' for \$81.00 On Sept 4, 2013 I came in and picked out 3 items that were all on sale for 50% off their 'Summer Sale' (as their sign stated) I asked the OWNER if the store credit info could be retrieved b/c my receipt was left at my home in another state. The OWNER said it would take at least 1 week to find the info in a 'shed' or she would have to call h... read more
