The customer service was amazing! We never felt pressured. They let us roam the showroom areas and take our time.The staff was helpful and courteous when we finally made our decisions. They were knowledgeable when it came to chosing custom fabric and selecting the right pieces for our home. The delivery went smoothly ,they were polite and careful when they brought our furniture into the house. We had a very good experience.

Excellent customer service. Teresa came to our home and brought fabric samples, took measurements and helped us pick the right pieces for our livingroom. We love our Flexsteel Digby sectional, recliner, lamps, tables, and ottoman. Our neighbors are in "awww" and love our living room but most of all the comfort it provides. We recently just picked up an accent piece, Teresa sent some examples thru email, picked one and rec'd it two weeks later.
