Honestly I would give this place a 0 star rating if it were possible. I called one day last week to enquire about sensors & safety devices. I was politely transferred and spoke to a gentleman named Keith. Keith came across as arrogant and rude. He gave the impression that I was wasting his time. I hope the other team members at this company have better customer service skills. I am taking my business elsewhere to a company that values customers questions to make a sale.
