We had a small island custom made for our kitchen using a marble top which matched our countertops. It's beautiful. Mike and his team followed our instructions precisely with materials and color, and we love it. It has increased our working kitchen area and we're so glad we had them make it for us. Quality craftsmanship! Highly recommended!
Fantastic customer service and product! We worked with Bostonwood to tweak one of their standard dressers to our liking. From beginning to end, everyone there made life easy and pleasant. Even delivery was wonderful! 10 stars!
In the past I bought 2 bookcases here and I was happy with them. But today, when I went in to look at futon frames, the fellow behind the counter seemed too interested in talking on the phone to even look up and try to help me. Probably the worst customer service possible today.
We have purchased many many items over the past 25 years. Great quality and service and advice. Solid wood, strong, durable!
