I called this business to simply ask a question and got hung up on and when I called back I talked to the most rude person, if this is the type of person that y'all have working for y'all and interacting with your customers I wonder how y'all get any business
An icy road in Boston led to an accident which disabled my car. Needing to get home to Maine I called AAA and arranged for a tow. Barry and his flatbed from Bostonian showed up right away and loaded up my car. The 2 hour drive to my mechanic in Maine was made enjoyable by Barry's easy manner. I was impressed with the quick response, the care taken when loading my car and the comfort of the truck for the long ride back to Maine. Thank you Barry and Bostonian!
