Taking the water taxi was the best decision I made for the day! I opted for the harbor tour, which was $35, in the morning. The captain, Tom, was very knowledgeable and made sure I saw everything I wanted to see. He dropped me off at the dock closest to James Hook, where I was having lunch, and made sure I knew how to contact them to go back in the evening. I scheduled my return ride ($20) online with no issues. I would absolutely take the water taxi in the future!

What a great way to get from a cruise ship to the airport, with time in between to explore Boston, without having to worry about luggage.
The captain was very nice, prompt & helpful. We took the water Taxi to avoid rush hour traffic in the downtown area and it was wonderful.
Absolutely perfect service. Arrived in Boston, from Cape Cod, at 10am, flight home 9.25pm. Luggage safely stored, and water taxi to airport at 6pm. Plenty time to explore the lovely city.
