Helpful and fast
After trying to get correspondence from Kim for an entire month via email and phone, I drove an hour through Boston traffic (8 months pregnant) to be on time for an appointment. She then left me waiting for a half hour after arriving only to tell me she couldn’t help me. My encounter with them was unprofessional, somehow annoying, and a waste of time! Kim Nguyen took my case and promised to prepare an amendment for me in 2 weeks. After that I emailed to follow up but didn't receive a reply. As I called a few times in the following weeks (after the 2 weeks), everytime she was replying Tomorrow I will call you, which never did after any of the phone calls.
