I reached out to request a quote for a property survey for our home in Milton. They responded a few days later stating they are not currently accepting business outside of Suffolk county. It would be great if this was stated on the contact form.

Horrible Experience with this company. I called during the holidays was told that the proposal I requested was going to be done by Thursday (I called on Monday). I followed up on Thursday and was told the guy who was working on it was out for a week. I followed up again the 2nd week of January 2022 and finally spoke with someone and gave them all my information again, even explained that this project was going to be a new construction. George Collins and his crew at Boston Survey are simply awesome. I'm building a new house in West Roxbury for the first time and George helped in so many other ways beyond just the survey itself. He did for us a regular survey, utility survey, and modal survey, and all of the work was fantastic. He picks up his phone when you call, his staff is responsive and sharp, and his pricing is very fair. I have learned so much from George about the ISD process with Boston which is beyond complicated. Thank you guys.

Just looked up the Boston Survey Group contact info to provide to a friend who was looking for a good recommendation. While I was on the website, I decided to file a review to share how pleased I was with the work Boston Survey did for me a couple of years back. George was great; He explained the process clearly and finished the job on time. I don't expect to have another such project, but would hire Boston Survey in a heartbeat if I did!
