I purchased a Generac generator from Tim Groh, Boston Standby. He was my first choice and really only choice for my purchase. He was very knowledgeable, took a great deal of time during my initial meeting as well as my follow up questions. I live in a community that requires an HOA and the additional work load didn't deter Tim! My mom is getting older and she lives alone and we were referred to Tim by our neighbor who had a Generac generator installed by him. I called Tim and we set up a meeting after work very conveniently to discuss a proposal for installing a Generac generator. I had done my homework and established that Generac was probably the most reliable whole house generator. From the very first contact with Tim and the Generac team this was a wonderful experience. Tim came to the house walked us through everything, made suggestions and worked with the Propane company we chose and it was all done in a timely fashion. We couldn't be happier with everything
Tim is very reliable and knows Generac inside and out. I would highly recommend him.
5 stars all around. Tim comes back yearly for routine maintenance checkups. Install ran smoothly.
