I’ve had chronic back pain for over 4 years and thanks to Dr. Demmans I’ve been able to get back to back squatting and pain free. I’ve been to the orthopedic twice, physical therapy, 2x Chiropractors, and wasn’t able to get out of pain until going to Boston Spine and Performance. I’ve had L4-L5, L5-S1 disc bulges for 2x years and it finally feels like they’re back in place. I’d highly recommend going to this place if your experiencing back pain.

I've been to 4 Chiro/PT's and Derek has been the best by far. My back and knees feel significantly better than when I started. He is attentive, curious and extremely knowledgably. He ensured the rehab program fit into my daily routine and overall goals. I would highly recommend him.
I highly recommend Taylor. She’s knowledgeable and takes the time to answer every question with a positive, thoughtful approach. Her dry-needling treatments for my neck and traps have produced excellent results, greatly reducing my pain and improving my range of motion!
Taylor is great. Presented with severe accident related lower back and knee pain. The back sorted out after 4-5 sessions and we’re working on the knee now. Significant improvement in flexibility and reduction in back pain. Highly recommend their approach.
