Terrible place for a school. Full of very unprofessional people working here, and most of them have no clue about their jobs. Take your kids somewhere else private or home school rather than working with them.
The fact that they have these drivers that skip stops and run as late as they do is absurd. They can lie and press the button saying they completed a stop and never stopped and now theres no proff and as the parent you cant report it it's frustrating. I ended up calling the customer service and got even more upset because i wasnt even helped and it's literally nothing they can do because they see the bus said it made the stop. This is the transportation department for our kids in Boston Not safe at all
The worst system we ever have when I mean, I’ve been calling for I don’t know how long and I’m still have not been able to get an answer. Still get on hold for 25 minutes at a time with No Answer I mean at this point they might as well put me on the payroll because they obviously need some help.
