SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION IS SUPER TRASH!! This has got to be the most horrible transportation in the city, if this was anyone else they would loose there job, the drivers don't take accountability for being late, the service never has an answer. How is it that they constantly mess up and are still in place, no one is available for replacement when drivers call out. They leave you on hold for minutes . This entire thing needs an overhaul. Very unproffesional stuff they didnt know how to help me , pass me to another person who was not able help me eighter. waitting 2 hours just to tell me they canot help me,
It’s the last day of school, a half of day at that, and transportation calls my son’s school last minute to say there’s no driver. Terrible service. Extremely inconvenient and unreliable.
Terrible place for a school. Full of very unprofessional people working here, and most of them have no clue about their jobs. Take your kids somewhere else private or home school rather than working with them.
