Used this bank's ATM quite a bit until I stepped away from it before grabbing my debit card for a few steps. Of course, the ATM worked how it should and sucked my card back in so it didnt get stollen. When I called to try to get my card back, they refused to help since I was not a member of their bank, nor was my card connected to their bank. Although I'm not surprised, it is pretty sad that they refuse to help people. You'd think theyd want to help in situations like this to convince people to chose them over other banks. I... read more
