I purchased a Groupon for a round trip limo from Logan to be used up to 4 passenger. When I went to use the 2nd half of the round trip (for 2 passengers), one of our bags wouldn't fit in the vehicle. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the limo and proceed on our own. They wouldn't allow me to rebook another trip since they said that "it was our fault we had a bag that wouldn't fit".
