I love working with my physical therapists. I've learned new information about pain and how to address it. They're also very good listeners, and share insightful feedback on what you're discussing with them. They've helped me to hear myself think, because I didn't hear what I was really saying, which provided me with new perspectives. As a result, I'm motivated to work harder and to achieve my goals. Very un professional and incompetent people working the front desk. I feel sorry for the physical therapists for having these type of workers. Very rude, lack of patience and loud. My wife goes to therapy there and she does not get treated the right way. I don't recommend this location at all.
There is a lady at the front desk she does not stop SCREAMING. She is way too loud, making jokes and just unprofessional. Boston Medical Center claims they train their employees to be autism friendly and welcoming but it is not here. Please keep this in mind, you may want to bring ear plugs or noise canceling headset. Other than that, the other employees are very pleasant.
If you want to be serviced here, just be warned the people who answer the phone have horrible attitudes and will make you feel as though you are bothering them by asking any questions. Bad reflection of the clinical staff that are very helpful.
My initial visit went smoothly. Especially since I was 13 minutes late. I was seen within minutes. The facility is very clean, and staff are pleasant.
